CoverBonanza.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. CoverBonanza.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Note: International orders are not accepted at this time.
Billing Policy
When part of your order is on backorder you have two options:
1) Accept partial shipment of the order. Please note that your card will be charged for the complete order.
2) Wait for the entire order to be in stock before your order is shipped. Please note that you will not be charged until the entire order ships.
We recommend choosing the partial shipment option. This allows you to receive all items that are currently available. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain items such as limited quantity and clearance items. Therefore, items that were originally in stock may be temporarily or permanently out of stock by the time a backordered item becomes available. We will notify you as soon as possible if we find that an item is on backorder or out of stock.
Payment Methods
We accept payment in US funds by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. If you would like to place an order using a money order or cashiers check, please call us toll free for instructions at 1-877-395-4040.
Sales Tax
Only shipments to Washington State will be charged sales tax.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via UPS. When purchasing from our store, you will select the UPS delivery service of your choice.
Delivery Times
For in stock items, most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We work hard to have your order sent as soon as possible.
Warranty Information
Please review and retain any manufacturer information you receive with your product to learn about any applicable warranties. If a product does not come with a manufacturer's warranty, CoverBonanza.com will extend a warranty for 30 days. Please keep a copy of your receipt with your warranty information. If you need to return a defective product under a warranty claim, please call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-877-395-4040 for assistance.

Returning a Product and Cancellations
Within 30 days of the date the product was shipped, you may return any product ordered from our online store. All returns must first be issued a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number and return instructions, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-395-4040.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, etc. All products must be complete and undamaged. We will not accept disassembled, damaged, dirty, or used products. If the return is due to an error by us, we will credit you for the return postage or freight, otherwise you are responsible for the return postage or freight. We do not accept CODs. Please send your return with pre-paid shipping and please keep your tracking number. For exact instructions on returns or cancellations or to cancel your order please call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-877-395-4040. Please note that it normally takes one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to inspect all return shipments before issuing any credit.
Misprints, Typographical Errors and Product Images
While we work very hard to keep the content on our site accurate, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify any inaccurate information including pricing without notice. In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to not sell any item below our normal price. We have also made every attempt to accurately depict the colors of our online store's products. However, due to variations in monitor settings and manufacturer photos, we are unable to guarantee the true accuracy of the color presented on your monitor's display.
