Within 30 days of the date the product was shipped, you may return any product ordered from our online store. All returns must first be issued a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-395-4040.

 

Please return all items in their original packaging with all instructions and warranty cards. All products must be complete and undamaged. We will not accept disassembled, damaged, dirty, or used products. If the return is due to an error by us, we will credit you for the return postage or freight, otherwise you are responsible for the return postage or freight. We do not accept CODs. Please send your return with pre-paid shipping and please keep your tracking number.

Please note that it takes one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
