Nationally advertised retail prices found online from another company must be printed out completely with proof of the company's name, item make, manufacturer model number and the offer's expiration date clearly visible. To receive a refund for the difference, mail a copy (no faxes or e-mails) of the advertisements complete information together with a copy of your orders packing slip to: CoverBonanza.com, 7683 Southeast 27th St., Mercer Island, WA 98040.
 
*Refunds are only valid on the retail price of an item, not on any shipping and/or handling charges.
