Returns

All products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.  If product is damaged, defective or not as described in product description, CoverBonanza will pay for the return shipping.  Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping fees through the carrier of his or her choice.  Please contact customer service via phone or email for a return authorization number before sending item back.

How are items shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. When purchasing from our store, you will select the UPS delivery service of your choice.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For in stock items, most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We work hard to send your order as soon as possible. The least expensive shipping option is UPS Ground. All orders ship from Washington State. To determine the estimated transit time for an order shipped by UPS Ground, please refer to the map below.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email message with the UPS tracking number. To determine the status of your shipment, you can visit the UPS website at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US and enter your tracking number.
